Stotser Will Address Memorial Day Crowd

   Lieutenant General George Stotser, formerly of Lawrenceburg, will serve as the guest speaker at the Lawrenceburg Memorial Day Service Monday.

   Stotser served as Commander of the Fifth United States Army at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas from 1989 until his retirement in August of 1991.

   The Memorial service is jointly sponsored by the Lawrenceburg Beautification Board and Codes Department. Bobbie Martin, Assistant Pastor of Coleman United Methodist Church will provide the opening prayer. In addition to Stotser, the event will feature a program of patriotic music.

   The Memorial Day service will begin at 6:00 p.m. Monday, May 28, in front of the Lawrenceburg City Administration Building.
